Class Heat Treatment & Engineering Sdn Bhd was established in 1992 and was originally located in Taman Daya to serve and support the Tool & Die Industries in Johor Bahru and Singapore, however the business experienced rapid growth.  

The company moved to new built premises located in Desa Cemerlang at year 1994. Further expansion is planned with the emphasis on bringing the best heat treat services to the market place at an affordable price.

Since then the company has continued to grow providing heat treatment services to customers ranging from Oil & Gas, Automotive, Tool & Die, Metal Stamping, Spring & Machinery parts, Office Automation, Electrical & Electronic components and Engineering Industries.

Class Heat Treatment, is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. We have effectively implemented a documented quality management system to ensure that the system produces desired results and maintains compliance to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.     

Our company has consistently maintained and calibrated the furnace in accordance with AMS2750 requirement. All laboratory hardness testing machines are calibrated, verified and tested as defined in ASTM standards.
