What We Do

1. Titanium
   • Our saw cutting allow us to cut titanium bar or rod to minimum dimension and up to 100mm thick.
      
   • We are able to cut titanium shapes with abrasive water jet cutting system on table 5ft x 10 ft.
      
   • And we are able to bend and weld to fabricate electroplating jig, anode basket, tanks, racks & trays.
      
2. Machining
   • We specialize in precision turning and milling for semi conductor components and mechanical parts, jig & fixtures, machine cut gears.
      
   • Inclusive stainless steel 304/316, tool steel, mild steel, thermo plastic (POM, MC NYLON, PVC, PVDF, etc.).
      
   • We have 6 units LATHE MACHINE, 5 units MILLING MACHINES, 2 units CNC MILLING, 1 unit CNC LATHE and WIRE CUT.
      
3. Plastic Engineering Fabrication
   • We do fabricate chemical storage tanks with PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, Fiberglas (FRP) materials for plating, chemical, waste water, and electronic industries.
      
   • Custom design and fabricate machine covers, containers racks, conveyor covers, trays, cabinets with PVC Clear, Acrylic and Polycarbonate for clean rooms, production and assembly lines.
      
4. Teflon Coating
   • Teflon / PTFE Coating for non sick, high heat resistance, cryogenic stability, chemical resistance, electrical insulation and low friction.
